Deposit

A cleaning deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve any date.  It is ONLY refundable after the event has taken place and the site has been reviewed for damages and cleanliness.

Once that has been evaluated the deposit will be mailed to the address provided within 6-8 weeks after the event.
